Patrick Valent has been providing quality architectural design services throughout the South Florida market for more than 20 years.

Patrick Valent.

He is NCARB certified and registered as Florida architect AR0013834. The practice provides creative design solutions that cater to each individual client’s needs, drawing on years of experience and extensive travel abroad to execute many styles of architecture — suited to each project rather than to a single house style.

Services start with conceptual design and planning, followed by detailed construction and technical design documents. Keeping both stages inside one studio is deliberate: it is what allows the thinking behind a project to survive all the way through to the drawings a contractor actually builds from.

How we work

Personal at the start, technical all the way through.

Start with the client

Each project begins with an individual client’s needs, their site, and how they intend to use the building.

Design for the place

Two decades of South Florida work means designing for this climate, these sites, and this approvals process.

Carry it into the documents

Concept and construction documents are handled by the same studio, so design intent is not lost in the handover.

Work in many styles

Years of experience and extensive travel abroad support many styles of architecture, matched to each project.
